FEEDBACK FROM MY CUSTOMERS

Lisa Roper helped us to find a 15.2hh horse for our daughter. We had been looking for a few months to find “the perfect” horse but had found nothing suitable, even though we had seen a number of horses. We asked Lisa for her help and she started looking out for a suitable horse. She put us in touch with someone who was selling and we went for a trial, taking Lisa with us. Lisa intuitively knew that the horse was the right type for our daughter. He fitted all the creiteria we were looking for. Our daughter has learned a lot from him and has successfully competed at Pony Club and local shows.

Without Lisa’s help we would have found it very difficult to find the right horse. She is very experienced both a riding and buying and selling, she definitely knows the kind of animal that would suit a particular rider, and does not waste time. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who needs advice or help in finding any type of horse or pony. She is trustworthy and extremely helpful.

Lisa has been teaching Brogan for the last six months, she has a very special way with her putting the most nervous rider at ease. She instinctively knows just how far to push Brogan to get the best out of her while improving her confidence. Her knowledge, understanding and handling of the horses is also second to none. Brogan’s riding and confidence has improved dramatically thanks to Lisa. A rare gem of an instructor.

We approached Lisa when we thought we would lose our 'naughty' boy, who was hungry all the time. The final straw came when he barged out of his door and hurt my husband's foot. After a couple of days of working with us and Cracker we enjoying our horse so much more, in fact we haven't looked back since! Lisa was extremely flexible and there when we needed her. She tailored herself to our needs and we are eternally grateful.

Lisa has been teaching my daughter Holly for the past few months. Lisa has a wonderful personality, very engaging and encouraging. Holly's riding has improved ten fold under Lisa's expert tuition and her confidence in show jumping has soared. She lives for her lessons. I to have been inspired to have the odd lesson myself after 30 years since my last! We will continue to have lessons with Lisa, as after many years and different riding instructors we feel we have found the best!

Lisa has been helping Casey and I this year in both dressage and jumping at Intro Level. In flatwork especially we have seen the benefits at every competition with our marks constantly improving. Lisa has an excellent repertoire of creative jumping exercises which have tested both Casey and I, while still building our confidence. Lisa has a good eye for seeing how to get the best out of difference horses and riders, encouraging some out of their comfort zone and teaching others of us to walk before we can run!!! I look forward to Lisa's input next season as we hopefully move into Pre-novice territory.
