Lisa Roper has a lifetime of knowledge to share, she was just 7 months old when her grandfather first sat her on a pony! 

Now with over 20 years experience working with competition horses from Grade A showjumpers to 4 * Eventers  she  is based at Colden Common, Winchester where she currently keeps her own horses and offers a huge variety of services to the equestrian community. 

Fully mobile and working full time, Lisa comes highly recommended which you can read for yourself in the Feedback section.  Lisa is renown for her ability to bring on young horses, giving them sympathy and confidence in their work. 

Lisa especially enjoys teaching, where she can share her wealth of experience and has a reputation for her encouraging and fun manner.

MEET MY HORSES

Above: Qusop  (Foaled  1999)

Affectionately know at home as “Spotty”.  Homebred by Lisa Roper by the International Stallion Pouchka.  Spotty won the Addington Young Horse Show (British Bred) as a 6 year old and was 6th in the Grade C Finals at HOYs in 2006.

Above: Kavanagh  (Foaled 2002)

Known at home as Dalton.  By the International Stallion Kannan.  Lisa bought Dalton as an unbroken 3 year old. 

He is currently being ridden by Tom Monaghan where they have had a successful year, jumping at Hickstead and pictured here at the Towerlands Young Horse Show.

Known at home as Darley.  By the Internation Stallion Last News.  Lisa bought Darley as a 4 year old and he is currently being produced at home for competition.  Pictured here at the Young Horse Show at Towerlands, ridden by Tom Monaghan.

Alene (Foaled  2005)

Lisa’s latest acquisition!  By Matterhorn.  Lisa has just purchased Alene as unbroken 3 year old and she is currently at home eating!  Alene will be broken and produced for the Young Horse classes  in 2009 and will be ridden by Tom Monaghan.
